60-night trial
Try the mat for up to 60 nights. If it hasn't earned a place in your routine, send it back for a full refund — no questions asked.
How to start a return
Message us through our contact page with your order number any time within 60 nights of delivery. We'll send you return instructions and a shipping address.
Condition
Your mat doesn't need to be in original packaging — we know you've been using it. It just needs to be the item you ordered.
Refund timing
Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll get an email confirmation when it's issued. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to post it.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we cover it — see our Shipping policy for damaged-item handling.
Order cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel — if your order hasn't shipped yet, we can cancel and refund it in full. Once it has shipped, the 60-night trial applies instead.
