Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your mat ships — every order ships with tracking, no exceptions.
Where we ship
We currently ship to Canada and the United States. Pricing is shown in CAD for Canadian customers and USD for US customers at checkout.
Delivery estimates
- Canada: typically 3–7 business days after processing.
- United States: typically 5–10 business days after processing.
These are estimates, not guarantees — carrier delays, weather, and customs (where applicable) can add time. You can always track your order's progress from your shipping confirmation email.
Shipping costs
Any shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Lost or damaged packages
If your mat arrives damaged, or your tracking shows delivered but you never received it, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date and we'll sort it out — a replacement or a refund, your choice.
